Response to Appeals Court
Judge Jose Longoria issued his Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law attached as Exhibit 1. Hannah objects that they are not supported by the record and asks this Court to reverse and render her conviction based on the clear and convincing evidence that both firmly establishes her actual innocence and that the scientific evidence at her trial was not competent evidence.
